Step 2 - Repair offer after examination
After conducting a detailed examination of your equipment, we prepare an individual repair offer that contains:
precise determination of the problem and its cause,
cost estimate for the repair service,
time needed to repair damaged parts.
In the next step:
If the offer is satisfactory for you, after its acceptance, we immediately proceed to perform the repair service.
If the offer does not meet your expectations, you bear no costs, we return the goods at our expense.
Step 3 - Repair, testing and verification
After thorough diagnosis and examination of the problem, we proceed to repair or replace damaged and faulty parts.
After completing the repair, we conduct thorough tests and verifications to ensure that automation systems work correctly and meet all technical requirements. We also provide support in calibration and optimization.
After completing the repair service, you receive goods with a 24-month warranty.
