Warehouse audits
Aserto performs warehouse audits consisting of conducting an inventory of the Client's warehouse goods and preparing their complete record, and then dividing goods into rotational and non-rotational. This allows for improving warehouse processes and effective management of parts inventory, which translates into savings and increased efficiency.
As part of the warehouse audit:
we divide goods into rotational and non-rotational,
we assess warehouse value,
we assign warehouse codes,
we perform photographic documentation,
we eliminate duplicates.
Surplus inventory buyouts
Aserto also offers the option of buying out unnecessary warehouse surplus spare parts. During audits, it often turns out that the Client has unnecessary goods in the warehouse that constitute frozen capital and take up warehouse space.
