PunchOut/OCI is an advanced integration solution between Aserto's ERP systems and those of our Clients. How does it work?
The OCI (Open Catalog Interface) standard transmits information about Aserto's personalized catalog directly to the Client's e-procurement system.
After logging into their e-procurement system, the Client sees their dedicated prices and availability of goods from Aserto, which facilitates searching and selecting goods.
After selecting goods, they are redirected (PunchOut) to the Aserto sales platform, where they make the purchase of goods.
Purchase information is transmitted to the Client's e-procurement system, where a purchase order is created, followed by its acceptance.
Information about order acceptance is automatically transmitted to Aserto, which at that moment accepts it for implementation.
